We ship within the United Kingdom from our base in Hampshire.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): estimate £1.90 for single book - typically arrives within 2-3 working days
Free UK delivery on orders over £30

Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen, particularly during busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days, please get in touch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at elizabethhatt@seawardpress.com with photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll investigate with the carrier and either replace it or refund you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided at ordering.

International Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only. If you'd like to order from overseas, please get in touch at elizabethhatt@seawardpress.com - we'd love to hear from you and can arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis.
